Marque Properties goal is to build the best home on the planet. We like to say that our homes are where affordability  and livability meet. We start with the foundations. The first step we take is to fully understand the customers wants and needs. We try to understand the importance the customer places on the everyday activities.  We ask the questions that most people take for granted. This helps to make sure that once our customers are moved in, they find we have built the home of there dreams.

Marque Properties also strives to make the process of having a home built less stressful.  We have our customers start by making most if not all of there selections before we lay the home out. We make sure that all of the windows and doors are in the best placement for the effect that the customer is going to want in each and every room. We have grown to understand that every customer wants to design and see the building of their very own castle. We like to help them with the feel of being involved with the construction process.

Marque Properties has a few ways to involve the customer in the building of the castle. We start with the selection folder. In this folder they can keep all the selections along with other useful items. Once a week we will email the customer a schedule of construction. This helps the customer understand the process of building their home. Because of the busy schedules that have to be kept up with, we email any questions that may arise during the construction and we ask that our customers do the same. This also helps to prevent any confusion. We also like to meet with our customers at scheduled intervals during the construction. This also helps keep the customer involved with the construction. Most of these meetings are scheduled to give the customer time to ask any question that they may have.

Marque Properties has developed a system of scheduled walk throws. These are designed to make the closing day as simple as signing the loan papers and picking up the keys.
