I bought a house in the new Marque Properties subdivision a little more than a year ago. Being one of the first houses to go up in the subdivision, it was already almost a year old by the time I bought it. The plan that was chosen makes the most of the square footage available without sacrificing yard space or making the home feel small. The landscaped front yard was an immediate attraction for me. The small, tasteful flower bed gives a homey touch to my house without diminishing the look and size of my front yard.

     My spacious home is one of the most well-built houses that I have lived in. I have had no problems with the workmanship in the time that I have been there. It seems that Marque Properties is energy conscious as well. With the features that I have with my house, like the double paned windows for instance, my house maintains a constant temperature at a lower cost than I would have expected.

     The neutral, earthy tones that were chosen to decorate the house in have made it extremely easy to add my own personal touch to the house without having to redo everything from the paint to the carpet. With features like the living room fireplace or the up-lighting in several rooms of the house, my home has an elegance and grace built into it, but it is not just living in the house that has been so nice.

     My dealings with Marque Properties over the past year as well have been pleasant. Anytime that I have any questions or problems, the superintendent is always prompt to respond and a pleasure to deal with. My house is a wonderful place to live. The craftsmanship is wonderful and I do not have to worry about energy costs with the features that came with the house when I purchased it. My home has plenty of room to entertain and quiet enough to spend time just quietly reading. I have been here for over a year and it is still one of the most pleasant places for me to be!
